Purpose
This Data Processing Addendum is a public baseline and does not replace a signed customer agreement. Where Huberway processes customer personal data on behalf of a customer, the parties should execute appropriate data processing terms.
Processor obligations
- Process customer personal data only to provide and secure the services or as documented by the customer.
- Use appropriate technical and organizational measures.
- Limit access to personnel and providers with a business need.
- Assist with data subject requests where required and feasible.
- Notify customers of confirmed security incidents according to applicable agreements.
Subprocessors
Huberway may use subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, support, security, AI infrastructure, and payment services. Customer-specific subprocessors should be listed in the applicable agreement or trust documentation.
International transfers
Where required, international transfers should be supported by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.
